Earliest car I remember is a white 58 or 9 Plymouth Fury 4 door. It was my Mom's car when the parents got married. Mom had a yellow Studebaker Lowey coupe while they were "courting" and her Mother took it upon herself to trade it in on the Plymouth. Mom never forgave her mother for that. Before thier marriage Dad had a 54 Chevy, referred to as the "Green Hornet," but it was gone before I was around.
Apparently the Fury lost a freeze plug on a summer trip to the beach. I don't remember that, but I do remember getting a baby sitter one night while the parents went car shopping and they came home with a baby blue 63 Falcon. That weekend Dad drove the Fury and Mom drove the Falcon, and we went out Chef Menteur highway (junkyard row in New Orleans) trying to get rid of the Fury. No one would take it. Dad swears he had to pay a junkyard to take it.(?)
The Falcon was replaced with a demonstrator 68 Coronet 440 4-dr, slant 6, in early 69. As a kid I was not into cars at all, but when I got into muscle cars and saw the Super Bee logo the memories came rushing back to me from the Dodge dealer in early 69.
(Actually, the 4 dr slant 6 Coronet 440 is a mighty rare, but not necessarily desireable  car--less than 2000 built)
The parents kept the Coronet as a future kid's car when they bought a 78 Volare.
When my older siblings got old enough to drive I helped Dad tune up the Coronet and get it running. My first car work. We had one of those spark plug wrenches with the plastic T-handle...
    Ah, the memories...
