If everything had worked out,you could've gotten the car retagged and you could have gotten the car-it's too bad the guy was such an idiot and wouldn't give you the car.
Now we know why the moron runs a crane at a junk yard in Santa Fe Texas. He's an idiot. I'll bet his face doesn't get wet when it rains due the caveman sloped forhead. Rick
It was gruesome. I am still having twisted thoughts of it happening. I can see the poor car being tossed around like its just another mid 80's LTD that went to the crusher. It was seriously F'd up. Things like this shouldnt happen. I wish I would have had my camera with me. I take it you've been to Santa Fe before? The mentality of some of those people amazes me. So narrow and close minded to things. Sometimes I think they are living in 1865 rather than 2005...
I had a '88 Mazda MX-6 that was a junkyard body, fitted with a junkyard engine from a Ford Probe (same engine came in both). So it's not illegal, but when someone looks at the title, it'll be a salvage title I believe. It's all the same to me, as long as the work was done right.
I'm glad you didn't..........it's better to try and forget about bad things like that. I have this picture in my mind of that poor Rivvy getting murdered.......I can't take it!!!!! :ball: :ball: :ball: :ball: :ball: :af: :af: :af: :af: :af: :af: :blast: :blast: :blast: :blast: :blast: Just hope there was a good reason for that happening........maybe someone died in it (God forbid) and the inside was drenched in blood? uzzled:  :error:
Tried to call them as well. Honestly don't know what to say....can't see through the anger.....everything...is..red..... :blast: :blast: :blast: :blast: :blast: :blast:
That crane driver has a good sense of humor, picking that car first to show you that no really means no... But on the bright side: the value of a car of the same model year will go up every time one is chrushed. So your '66 is worth a little bit more :TU:
Your (not so bright) crane operator sounds like the type who's due a bad debilitating accident...You know operating one of those cranes is dangerous work He's got to go home sooner or later..never know what might happen...especially in TX.
