No way? Are you being serious? if I knocked a couple hundred bucks off

Was it more then that because this guy (the buyer of the 68 Cuda) must have been a moron, seriously. That car can be flipped (I don't need to tell you that) for at least $1000 maybe much much more because of it's set up.

Before I opened the photos I am thinking, must be a rusty bench seat car with a rare factory sunroof. You say front and rear sway bars, it's buckets and console, I see a straight body with some damage, increasingly popular body style.

You fall into some nice deals. This guy bought your 68 Barracuda which has arguably worse styling and potential and basically said "here, please have my free buckets/console, sunroof, HDSuspension Pontiac LeMans Sports Coupe for free!

Reminds me of the fraternity takes on bending over and spanking "Please sir can I have another"

He is about 15 years behind. The days when these cars were speculated on are long over. It would take close to $200,000 to restore this car and monied types won't gamble on it.

Still, these guys that drug these uber rare 50's Biarritz' out of the woods thinking they could fund their retirements on them continue to dream...

Here is a local car not in the boneyard. A rare bird.........62 Chrysler 300 ragtop. Note that it has a 413 and a factory manual transmission!

Roadmaster, that little Barracuda was a really neat car. I liked it- slant 6 and all. I do like the LeMans a lot better, tho. I have a bone stock low compression '77 400 out of a Grand Prix. I was thinking that engine and a 1980's TH 200-4R OD trans. I think that LeMans has a 3.08 rear. It would make a fun all around car and decent on gas.

I went to a local yard (Gillespie's) the other day to see what was left of stuff that had been sitting for 20-40 years. They are very roached but neat stuff none the less. '74 Electra 4dr,'73 Fury cop car,'77 Skyhawk with glass roof. I hope I can get the glass out without breaking it.
