Very cool! Thank you for the opportunity to win one. Here's some pics of one of my Dad's drag cars. The first one I know has been out there, as it was on the e-bay listing for the car before we got it, but I couldn't help posting it pulling the hoops. Second one shouldn't be out there anywhere, as they just took it for me for this thread
The first pictures that I loaded on this thread were full size from my iphone. I then downloaded an image resizer from http://www.bricelam.net/ImageResizer/ I selected Medium, and that's what is now loaded at the top of page 1. When choosing the code to use from imgur, I copy and paste the BB code directly into my reply here. It sounds harder than it is. Let me know if you need any more help.
Thanks for including me in the drawing. It is actually an older picture. I just wanted to be sure I chose one I hadn't posted before. I runs amazing, built for low RPM torque. Currently in the shop getting a th400, heavy duty driveshaft, and TA no hop bars. When I get it back later this week the drag radials go on. Thanks for doing the drawing. Machined aluminum is my weak spot and I know a guy who could make the into a super cool desk lamp.
mgur.com/a/SA9ik Lets see if this works! I need to get working on my projects before they get buried!
The BB code from imgur should look like what I posted below. I removed the brackets off each end so it wouldn't post the pic. img]http://i.imgur.com/nPI6H1d.jpg[/img
Thanks for the help Mike! I'm not the sharpest computer driver out there, I'm at work currently. I'll give it a shot in the morning. Would Imgur or the Imageresizer be easier?
I only use the image resizer to resize the pic on my desktop before I load to imgur. Imgur is for hosting . There are several other hosting sites, but I like imgur the best.
Imgur has a resizing tool, but I've never messed with it. I am fairly new to imgur. I've got hundreds of pics on photobucket, but I wouldn't use their service again if they paid me.
You are so close. Click on the picture you've uploaded to imgur. You should see the options for linking. Copy and past the BBCode link to this thread It should look like what I pasted in post #32 above, but with brackets.
Here is a pic of a sbb 350 head having the valves relocated, I bet you haven't seen a picture like this before?
