That was the best PSMCDR we have been at since we started 11 years ago. Our group of automotive enthusiasts definitely have the best event to participate in. The dedication that Dan & Bob have for the PSMCDR creates a wonderful side effect. Friendships. My father and I have met caring, helpful, funny, great people through this event. I am sure that most people would agree. For me the highlight of 2009 was watching the 63 Impala and 64 Catalina go three rounds. Two long-time friends running cars they've had a long time. The pairing could have not been anymore perfect. There is nowhere else on earth I would have rather been than with our friends that weekend. The Glasgo's, Brad Rising, Bruno, JJ, Pete & the boys, the Canada pit crew, Ken R. & his dad, Terry P. & family and all of the other people & families who participate make this event what it is. Thank you, Chuck
We'll be there with a car next year....plan is for Rob to take back the driving chores....he really misses it also since I started driving myself again. that really was painful just riding around in the golf cart, but not as bad as you must have felt, Rob. Did get to see evryone, though. Living close to Stanton and Martin, it doesn't make sense to attend both days and therefore I miss the parking lot feasts. That is also a high point.. I, too, especially loved seeing the SS 409 run the 421 Catalina. That really takes me back. Riebel's Catalina is totally awesome. I still want to own just one more of those...
