Do you guys in the Michigan area have a handle on the local forecast in Alma this coming weekend? I see rain on my national database. I need a quick answer. I'm flying out of Houston and tryiing to outrun 'IKE'. A rain out at Stanton will hurt!!!!!

    Thanks,
    Scott

if you put a gun to my head, I think we will be OK... there is always a 30% chance of rain in Michigan, always.....

Might want to put the gun down Donny.

NOAA: Showers, 40% Friday, 40% Friday night, 60% Saturday. :Do No:

Might be OK might not, tough to say two plus days in advance in Michigan. So packing the rain poncho and still planning on being there.:TU:

Not looking too good, maybe things will change as we get closer....

Just realized that was a stupid statement I just made. Things always change in Michigan. Sometimes multiple times in one day.

Like in politics, "change" can go both ways, not always good. It could snow! :eek2:

'05 was the closest to a rainout we have had. That was when they changed the format and it was open test-n-tune/ grudges. I am still coming up, so have positive thought and look for the sun!:Smarty:

We undo a few bottles of Grappa and chase the rain away.

Who else is coming from your group?

Well I'm still on the fence right now. I won't have as much as 12secbee tied up in traveling(8 hours and about 400 bucks in fuel/tolls) . Who else is thinking about pulling the plug on going??Car is ready and loaded.

I hope all you guys sitting on the fence decide to stay home. That will guarantee there's nothing but sun. Murphy's Law, you know.

Seriously though, I'd be real surprised to see two solid days of rain. You'll get your runs in. It's way too early to believe weather reports anyway.
