I think they are Hoppys, I thought everybody had those in their tool box.

My 70 Stage Covert had the rubber strip still stapled in place.

They are! I'm pretty sure I have a couple extra sets of them floating around. I'll dig them up and see what they look like

Is that a broken off piece? Pic looks like it's just setting there? If that's the worst you did well. I pulled the rear glass out of a car last week & the rear channel looked perfect until I did. No rust through but some pitting. It was another year or two of sitting outside from becoming really bad.

Can't believe you're not bringing them to me (jk):). I know, it's a really long ride but I'm worth it, lol.

I had a friend w/benefits in Stamford at one time and she was worth the ride - literally & figuratively.

A little before and after. Someone at some point in the cars life went around and touched up all the scratches. Problem is the paint didn't exactly match and he put alot of touch up paint on very tiny chips. So it really made it stand out.

I was looking at it today and just for the f of it, I ran my thumb nail over one of them. The touch up paint literally crumbled off! A little compound and completely gone! The chips are actually less noticeable not touched up! Lol

Bumper is polished. I put a verrrry light coat of dull aluminum on the backside.

I know, the irony of it. Here I am complaining about the silver spray paint and im putting more on...

As Dirty Harry said, nothing wrong with a little shooting, as long as the right people get shot....

If you're interested in letting go of a working set, I'll take it off your hands!

If you saw this in a driveway, would you stop and knock on the door?

While the wheel were off getting new shoes installed, I took the rear springs out and replaced the insulators. I hope this the cause of my mystery noise in the rear going over a driveway ramp

How do the upper shock mounts look? Or shocks in general...could be exhaust hitting springs or shocks or rear.

Shocks look new. It sounded like the springs might of been hitting something, but no evidence of that. The upper insulators were definitely shot so Im hoping that was it. Not much going on back there
