Herb I have been in contact with him since Saturday. He is send her some money to hold the car. Then Corvettzo is next.
those type of people have to be handled with kid gloves. tread lightly at first and gain their trust, then go for it. i've dealt with this type before, not someone you would want to "befriend". just want to buy their stuff. good luck.
The car is gone and it was a little sad to see but I am happy that Dave will be enjoying it this summer. Thanks Guys it was nice meeting Dave and Herb I am sure we will be seeing it at some of our shows.
Thanks Angie it was a pleasure to meet you as well I'm very excited about this car it's everything you said it was , I found the POP plate and hope to find more again thanks for everything . P.S does anyone have the carb
Engie it was nice meeting you too, The car is a time capsule down to the cool vintage speed equipment.
I get the impression that survivors are easier to sell today than modified cars....well i guess with so many cars have been modified there are only a few good survivors left and that makes them that much more desirable. With a lot of money any rust bucket can be turned into a restored show car but no money in the world can put a car back to being original...
