Thats been the story for over 2yrs now,...out of all these machine schools,..theres no one interested in this position,...with all these companies sending work overseas to increase profit theres no guys who lost thier positions?

There are tons of people to do the job but they won’t pay fair $ so the issue will persist it seems. Yes it’s been the same story for years.
I've wondered about that,....there are entirely too many CNC operators out there,...I know automotive machine and tool machine are different,..but the skill set is the same. I find it hard to believe a post on Indeed wouldn't habe you swamped in prospective hires

Got my stage 1 sleepers in last week,..my stage 1 TEs are set to ship any day,...they been machining pretty steady I'm told past few weeks
My stage 1 SE sleeper heads arrived at TSP recently, but JW would know precisely. I believe order was placed June of 2021. Sounds like TA is working their way through orders but quite the backlog. Hope it’s fast for us all
So after about 21 months I spoke with TA earlier this week. My hyd roller blank and bare SE Stg 1 heads with 11/32 guides will be shipping to me in about 2 weeks. Who knows ... maybe I'll be pulling the motor this fall for some upgrades. See what happens.
