I have a set of fully rebuilt 73 heads with TA Performance TA-1430b back cut stainless valves, Viton seals on both intake and exhaust, Comp Cams 910-16 springs, and ready to bolt on.

ALSO included in sale: TA-212 cam, Johnson lifters, TA Performance: dual groove cam bearings, timing set with gaskets, water pump, and thermostat housing with 185* thermostat

I've provided UPS labels to board members for shipping of a some heads, intakes, etc. & srem to get pretty good rates on the heavier stuff. I'm guessing it'd be under $75 ea. to NE & maybe a bit more to Bobby in MI but can get an exact quote if desired/if Fastenal is more.

I have to apologize for not getting back to everyone sooner. I put in for a shipping quote from Fastenal and they sent me an email stating they are unable to give me a quote at this time.
I’ve had a very busy work week and extra long hours each day. I’ll try to call them today and get a quote over the phone.

The problem is that you are trying to ship from the West zone to the East Zone. They no longer do that and visa versa.

I’m a fan of FedEx and letting them pack it. Insure it for correct amount, and if there are any issues, then FedEx is 100% responsible. Probably costs $20-30 extra to have FedEx pack. FedEx ground is similar price to UPS and USPS in my opinion. I’ve never had an issue with anything I’ve shipped or received when FedEx packed it.

 

I tried to ship two dashboards together years back with FedEx from South Jersey to New York. They didn’t like my box said it would get caught on their conveyor belt, so they box it themselves, lost money because of packaging and by the time they got to New York, they were damaged. FedEx shipping is good but they’ll never pack. Anything of mine again. I’ll find somebody else to ship with.

 

Interesting. I’ve had all kinds of problems with UPS and USPS and never use them to ship. I think USPS is the absolute worst. I barely can get them to deliver my mail properly. My UPS package deliveries are almost always damaged. Never had an issue with FedEx. I will pay extra to FedEx just to avoid having to deal with UPS and USPS.

 

No apology needed. Work is always crazy for me at end of month.
