I have never seen Vanishing Point or Dirty Mary Crazy Larry, nor have I ever seen them on video at the two monopolistic video chains we have in town. :af:

Due South! It's a shame they trashed these boatails the way they did. Part of the story was every time Ray's Riv got totaled, he'd find and buy another just like it.

    Great show!

SpeedVision (now the Speed Channel) used to show those two movies quite a bit (at least Vanishing Point, not sure about Crazy). They used to come on late, hosted by none other than Bruce Dern(sp?). The best part was that they were shown unedited, uncensored (including nudity). I always wondered how they got away with that, since it wasn't a pay channel. Ofcourse those were the good old days before it became The Speed Channel, or whatever name it changed to. All I know is that I don't watch it anymore.

OK, so it isn't a movie car, or even a real car, but in the late sixties when I was 6 or 7, it was THE only car to have. Anyone else remember this one?

Yep, got that song running through my brain this morning. I'm pretty sure the Mach 5 is Nailhead powered. Yeah, that's it...
