Kenny, the ones TA sent me are .60 also?should`nt they be thinner?i always used to use the stock type pan intake gasket which is alot thinner than the TA? Thankso No:
George, If the .060's were too big you might need the .030's or .015's. The same thing happened to me and I used the .030's:Smarty:
Thats the thing though, how do u know if they are too big?i always usually used the stock pan style which is alot thinner and never had a problem so i am assuming the .60 are too thick and that the .30 would work better?what do u think?o No:
I think you should try the .030's gaskets. I think its too late now,but if you can throw the .060 gaskets on loosely and set the intake on,try to measure the gap with a feeler gauge. If you can't do that, I'm pretty sure your gonna need the thinner gaskets. :TU:
I think i will need the thinner ones cause i noticed with the .60 gaskets the bolts will not go in easy at all so i didnt try to force it since its aluminum, when i take the gaskets off completely the bolts go in like butter so i may need the .30 intake gaskets, they will be here tomorrow i ordered them overnight delivery i`ll let you know how it works out. Thanks
