Corvette Fever!!!! I need to get with the program here!!! Lets see, I've owned this Corvette over 20 years and took it off the street in 1993 started a frame off restoration and it has been painted for over 3 years, and this is how far I got. Looks like I need to get together before I need a walking cane to push in the clutch  , AL.
I just got my mini-beast running this weekend, I've spent a year doing the engine conversion and it's getting close to being done, I took this video yesterday CHECK IT OUT! Tell me what you think and watch out if you ever see this car line up next to you! I have to finish this project up quick too because the car has to get shipped to Texas within the next month! All June and July I'll have to be driving my Buick Sport Wagon as a daily driver until this one arrives, that's gonna hurt with those insane gas prices back there. I can't wait to show people back in the US what's up, you can't really race much in Japan.
Here's mine. Yeah, it's a Mercury. If Buick had a right-wheel-drive car now, I'd have one of those. But until that happens, this is it.
Mercury :bglasses: Dean, nothing wrong with that!!! Lets see, V8, rear wheel drive, full frame, I like it!!! :TU: AL.
Hey everyone - I'm new here. Found the site searching for nailhead information as I am looking at a 1957 Century. My first car was a '57 Special I got from my grandfather which had seen better days but I thought it was fantastic. Unfortunately it was (1) a 4-door post, (2) my dad burned up the Dynaflow towing his Travelall and (3) what was left of it got filled with ash from Mt. St. Helens in 1980. But I recently saw a Century 2-door HT so am working on a replacement... In the meantime here's my "other cars" - as you can see I need a 4 seater so why not go with a classic?? Cheers Kevin Note: Mustang is in storage in Sydney Australia - other three are here in LA. Trying to figure out why the pix are not showing except as links...
hey kids. havent posted for a while, but i got a notice in my email for this post section and i thought i would show what has been keeping me busy these days. its an 81 CB900F [yeah, i know, wrong tank decal] that has only about 20K on it. the original bike was silver/blue and was pretty much a derelect. now it is charcoal metalic and i am in the process of adding CB1100F wheels, sticky bridgestone battlaxes, looking for some decent stuff to add to the rear suspension [already installed progressive fork springs, telefix brace, 10wt fork oil]. i probably wouldnt put this bike on a car site. but oddly enough, i happen to know that there are more than a few bike guys on here that may appreciate this little toy :bglasses:
1972 K/5 Blazer. This is my daily driver. Bought it 8 years ago...and it was junk and now she's as dependable as anything out there.
My daily driver, 97 Mercedes S class, bought it on ebay last winter for under $11k, and it gets 20 mpg!
under 11k for an Sclass? not a bad deal. I'd buy a german daily driver but after the horrors of my grandparents and girlfriends, plus my 90 mile round trip, Im too afraid of the price of parts
1979 Firebird Formula 1979 Firebird Formula Unfortunately, it is for sale due to the purchase of the Charger. http://v8buick.com/showthread.php?t=78818

87 WE4 - Original owner, A real 10 sec. grocery getter... in fact. I just came back from the grocery store this morning! The car is fun to race, show and drive with ice cold AC and all the Buick luxuries. I'm lucky to have the best of both worlds, hi tech horsepower with the WE4 and Stage 1 big block brute force with our GSX! Paul
This is a photo of my (leave it where it stops runnin') clapped out WHOOPTEE. I can't kill the damn thing................................................................
