Are you in college? They all change when they get there. I hated high school for that sole reason. Most everyone finally levels out and matures to where you can stand each other...but you still get some stupid soap opera stories.

select few I think when girls get to college they become even more stupid and wrapped up in themselves. I think girls are more mature then boys until they are 20/21, then they regress a couple of years before any progress is made. I know lots and lots of shilas, but only about 3 or 4 that are worth while. You'll see what I mean.

Great topic... My (sane) wife and I have employed women for 10 years at our business, and this topic is discussed daily it seems. She thinks many of them today in the 17 to 25 age group are irresponsible, spoiled and LAZY.. Nice. Me, I have a similar opinion. But all of them can't be that way!!! What I see is their obsession with keeping a boyfriend, and knowing his whereabouts AT ALL TIMES. We have had this problem to the extent of having to can these employees since they are uninterested in work anyway. SO, we did a study on this behavior. We find it comes from having been raised in a broken home..... With that comes insecurity, relocating a lot, switching schools, and a parent (MOM) that struggles to keep it all together on a daily basis. And you think it affects girls... The young males we have in broken homes are angry, hostile, over -emotional and in desperate need of someone they can rely on. This sounds like a lecture, but is the truth. I feel very fortunate to have come from a home with two good parents and grandparents right around the corner. My wife had it that way as well. You younger persons remember that before you get married on a whim as you see the results of broken homes from 15 to 20 years ago..... Russ Waters

When I broke up with my old girlfriend, I started dating her room mate. The old one started telling the new one lies about me to break us up. I would constantly get into fights with her over trivial stuff and she'd always end up crying. Then it got better for a while and I cracked a snide remark. She smacked me and I told her that if she does that again, I'd suggest she takes off her glasses because I wouldn't want to have to pay for them. I didn't really mean it, but she hasn't spoken to me since. Guess it worked. Oh, BTW, the new G/F and I are quite happy together(going on 6 months):Brow:

Russ hit the nail on the head........it's the reason behind of alot of the problems young men and women have today. Date responcibly and don't get married too young! When you say I do.......you'd better mean it! The wife and I were pals long before our first date! She loves my Buicks and is supportive in all that I do. In other words we are a team....I know... it's sounds sappy, but it's a concept worth learning.:beer
