John this is a bit too late but you really need to build a "tree house" with a rope ladder for the grand kids. That way next year when the penguins and the nutjob show up you take all your booze, ahh I mean supplies up there with you and pull up the rope ladder, turn up the tunes (so you can't hear the screech owl) and relax uninterrupted .

I did make it by the beach today. As you can see, it was a warm, sunny day. My zoom zoom is finally running good. I got a different carburetor for it, and an electronic distributor with vacuum advance. So it is so much nicer to drive now. It is a pain driving down A1A along the beach though. So many cops doing radar and I don't have a speedometer.
