I noticed on the bottom of the mats there were some areas that didn't flow completely (the flat shiny surface had some flaws). Didn't affect the top of the mats, though, so I didn't care. I wonder if that is the problem? When did you order? I placed my order May 20.
:beer Never enough thanks for John's work!:beer I got my Black mats today; Great fit, lacking the true finish! These are perfect for a driver, but, my factory mats barely roll up in the same box as these...I am a little surprised GM gave them a blessing, as they are much thinner and the back of the mats are lacking. Maybe purity was not the goal? I presume that is why the black mats have been disrupted? How are the other colors for thickness? MarkO
Got mine today. I like the quality of them, but there is one huge problem--they sent me bright red instead of dark red, so they are going back. I told the guy multiple times that I wanted dark red when I ordered them.
I received my maroon floor mats today and they look good. Thanks John for your many hours of work getting these produced. Before I ordered my mats I requested the red colors and they sent me these with the color codes on the back. Hopefully they will reimburse you for shipping them back.
Nice, I pre ordered a set when I purchased a complete interior from them at the Nats. I was told they would send me samples of both Tan colors which i never got. Guess I missed out on the special pricing as well...
It only takes about 5 days for the samples to get to you. I still can't figure out what color to go with for my Sandalwood interior. I even had them send me a carpet sample and I still can't decide but I did go ahead and ordered a full set in black.
They have a 10% Labor Day sale until Sept 7th, so that should get you near the original discount price. They usually have another sale around Christmas.
I got mine last week. Had ordered early when they were just taking orders. They cosmetically look very good but are very lightweight. Not sure how long they will last in a daily driver but sure beats not having any! John, thanks again for all your hard work on this, I personally really appreciate it. Tom
Ordered black ones early on like everyone, would call every 2 weeks probably to see where I fell on the pecking order, was told bad rubber and tooling problem, and they showed up last week, so if you ordered a while back it would not hurt to call and find out where you are on the list cause they must be up and running again.
