Been robbed and it's getting worse out there

First off I am ok. Understandably, a little shaken. I was robbed at the gas station . After my hands stopped trembling, I managed to call the police. The whole thing was caught on camera. The officers were quick to respond and calmed me down, explaining this is happening all over. My money is gone, all of it, but I am alive, that’s all that matters. The police asked me if I knew who did it. I said yes.….
It was pump #3...lol...

on a worse note Goldman Sachs just said 6 bucks a gallon by August. In Wash. state they are changing the gas pump to reflect a 10$ price, you know, 10.99 after they jerk us for 09.99

Ain't that nice, and you thought you were getting off easy by a small robbery at a gas station. LOL.

 

I remember when gas first crossed $1.00 a gallon and the old pumps didn’t have a place for the ‘1’; some wrote it in with a marker.

its happening here in mpls and st paul for real,young gang members with guns are robbing and shooting ppl at the gas station and all over,i dont pull close behind any other cars when im stopped so i have an escape route,i have right to posesse and carry,hope o dont have to use it gut i will,i also have spray that will stop a big bear at 15 ft.

Soon as I saw the title my first thought was he had to fill up the car. If I was truly to get robbed at a gas station while at the pump I'd spray the perp down with gas and start digging for a lighter.

Several months ago I was assaulted at a Wawa station in Ocala. Young ethnic youth came up and "shoulder checked' me into a display then accused me of bumping into him. I gave the kid a stiff arm to the chest which sent him 4' back into a shelf n told him ya dont want any of this and to go outside. The clerks behind the counter were looking like they were in shock. Manager came up and offered to escort me to my car. Kid and several others were waiting out by the pump. Got in the Riv and drove off to the car show.

 

The gas station in Washington that changed their pump is only one station and it is for race fuel but to reprogram they say they had to do all the pumps., Its 5 min from my house and 10 min from pacific raceways.
I believe its somewhere around $9 a gallon right now, Not sure what 100 octane is anywhere else in the country.

The 110 pump a couple miles down the road from me at the Chevron was already showing 9.99 last fall when I got a few gallons.... wonder what they are doing about that now. If you are only getting a little bit, you can't take your eyes off the pump at 9.99 a gallon LOL.... it goes fast.

 

Yea, and E85 is getting out of hand too. Its almost 4 bucks a gallon now.

 

Take a look at diesel and 4.00 seems cheap.

Corn is 4.29 here,...it's lost its appeal for a street car now

 

They will just run the price up and up till we all concede to electric

 

I run the e85 in a couple of cars that would otherwise be running race gas, at 6 bucks it's still a deal.

 

I’m not sure if that’s the plan or if the petroleum companies want us to throw all the greens out of office so the electric future stalls and pipelines get reapproved. I guess neither one can be true though; that would mean there’s a conspiracy…
