I thought it was lightning but it was just a snap. This branch lands in front of me after it rolled off of the roof. I want to see bigger ones
I was talking to Fred, two posts up and I had to hang up on him. It started getting bad and I wanted my big screen off of the porch and back inside the house.
I am predicting that I am going to get hit at least by the bottom part of the eye of the storm. I don’t think it’s going to be as nice as Wilma was. We got to walk outside in the eye of the storm at 11 AM almost exactly

Not pretty here, I see a small tree broken outside my bedroom. It’s howling now! They closed the office today and tomorrow . Looking forward to working in the shop but it seems I have to clean the yard . There’s branches and pine needles every where. Still have power
Just started raining here. Yea! I'll probably put the new engine up on a stand and wheel it into the shop then decide what to needs to be done.
Nichole was an actual Hurricane for about 5 min. (a few hours really). There's gotta be a joke in there somewhere. John, your reporting is much more entertaining than our previous in-house meteorologist's.
Well, I guess I should be thankful that it wasn’t worse. I’ve seen more exciting thunderstorms. My wife actually came out and helped pick up some branches this morning. She’s back inside. I guess she doesn’t want to deal with raking. I believe the storm came ashore in Indian River county around Melbourne. People in central Florida are still getting rained on pretty heavily and probably a good amount of wind. Steve a.k.a. Briz, I think you’re going to get the rain you wanted.
Glad you only have some tree parts to pick up John and Fernando! So far so good in Zhills. it's just been a little windy and raining a lot. I've only seen the back yard so far, so not sure what is going on out front. Power flashed off for a second, but came right back on.
Glad you still got electric Rich. That would not be fun. I’ve got most of my front yard cleaned up. Now I’m working on the driveway and the grass to the south of the driveway. Stupid oak trees drop all kinds of little branches
